At Metagenics, we are committed to the quality and integrity of our products. If you're not satisfied with your product for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return, replacement, or exchange of your items.

To begin a return, visit your Order History, select a recent order, and click [Return Items].

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return window.

To initiate a return, follow these simple instructions.

1) Log in to your Account.

2) Navigate to All Orders where you'll see every order associated with your email address.

3) Select the order number for the product you'd like to return and choose [Return Items].

4) Use the checkboxes to indicate eligible products you'd like to return. Use the drop-down to indicate your reason for returning each item. Click [Continue].

5) Review the summary. If everything looks accurate, click [Confirm Return].

6) Lastly, a credit will go to your original form of payment in 7-10 business days.

To initiate an exchange or replacement, call our customer service team for white-glove assistance. Or, you can simply complete a return online, and place a new order.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse. Occasionally, timing on refunds may be delayed if there are weather or supply-chain related delays with our warehouse team.

However, we take your satisfaction very seriously and always aim to issue refunds as quickly as possible. We’ll notify you once your refund has been issued, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
